Pursuant to Romanian Government Ordinance 21/1992 on consumer protection and EU Regulation 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), we provide official channels for complaints and amicable resolution.

Amicable resolution (first step)

ADR — Alternative dispute resolution
Under Romanian Law 38/2018 (transposing EU Directive 2013/11), you have the right to use an ADR entity for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes:

Consumer rights (summary)
- Right to accurate, complete and precise information.
- Right to legal warranty of conformity (Law 449/2003).
- 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (Ordinance 34/2014, where applicable).
- Right to file complaints and seek redress for non-conforming products.
